| Lutheran Family and Children’s Services is seeking two full-time professionals for the position of LifeSkills Facilitator/Follow-Up Coach to provide a menu of evidence-based prevention services to children and youth in St. Louis County. The successful candidate should be a compassionate person with the ability to relate to and work with children and youth and respond positively to their parents. EOE-M/F |
Duties: |
| Service delivery include classroom sessions, afterschool sessions, and individual follow-up sessions which may include home visits, as well as accurate documentation and data collection. |
Qualifications: |
| Knowledge of established social work practices, best practice model interventions, code of ethics and licensure standards. Effective written and verbal communication, facilitation and strong computer skills required. Must have a MSW or a Master’s Degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience working with children at different developmental stages. Must be able to past background checks. |
