The Dyersburg, Tennessee manufacturing location is seeking a well qualified and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to oversee parts of its assembly and production operations. Duties: |
•Research, propose, and implement new manufacturing processes and design changes to production lines
•Track projects from start to finish including follow-up with projects teams and tracking of project goals
•Provide technical engineering support for the plant and related functions
•Prepare and present new project ideas and/or concepts to floor Supervision and Management team

Qualifications: |
•B.S. in Engineering or related field
•1-5 years experience in manufacturing setting
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Leadership Skills (people and process)
•Experience in leading a New Product Development Team through implementation
