| POSITION PURPOSE: This position will provide target marketing, prospect nurturing and relationship cultivation services to Branch offices within a Region. This position is a primary resource to support the business development and marketing efforts within the Region. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Research and collect information about companies through websites, periodicals, legal filings and other sources of business data.
- Cold calling into companies to identify and investigate decision makers.
- Setting meeting appointments on behalf of Branch Managers, when appropriate.
- Compiling contact information of decision makers within targeted companies.
- Managing the marketing campaigns to key decision makers at targeted companies.
- Maintaining the CRM database
- Assist in developing and testing creative materials such as scripts, letters, etc.
- Acquiring and importing target company lists.
- Creating monthly reporting packages for the Branch offices.
QUALIFICATIONS: · College degree in Business with a marketing or communications concentration, or related field preferred · Ability to make cold calls to gather information or to relay information over the phone. · Ability to establish rapport with decision makers · Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills · Must have the ability to work independently and be self motivated; capable of following predetermined objectives · Proficient in Microsoft office software · Multi-tasking and good organizational skills · Superior office/administrative skills |
