Description:

  POSITION PURPOSE:

This position will provide target marketing, prospect nurturing and relationship cultivation services to Branch offices within a Region.  This position is a primary resource to support the business development and marketing efforts within the Region.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  1. Research and collect information about companies through websites, periodicals, legal filings and other sources of business data.
  2. Cold calling into companies to identify and investigate decision makers.
  3. Setting meeting appointments on behalf of Branch Managers, when appropriate.
  4. Compiling contact information of decision makers within targeted companies.
  5. Managing the marketing campaigns to key decision makers at targeted companies.  
  6. Maintaining the CRM database
  7. Assist in developing and testing creative materials such as scripts, letters, etc.
  8. Acquiring and importing target company lists.
  9. Creating monthly reporting packages for the Branch offices.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·         College degree in Business with a marketing or communications concentration, or related field preferred

·         Ability to make cold calls to gather information or to relay information over the phone.

·         Ability to establish rapport with decision makers

·         Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

·         Must have the ability to work independently and be self motivated; capable of following predetermined objectives

·         Proficient in Microsoft office software

·         Multi-tasking and good organizational skills

·         Superior office/administrative skills
