| The Kansas City Convention & Visitors Association (KCCVA) is seeking an Interactive Marketing Intern for our Marketing/Communications Department |
Duties: |
During this internship, you will have a chance to:
• Research, recommend and execute creative
ways to expand our current online presence
• Expand visibility within social media channels
• Assist with content development for VisitKC.com
and eNewsletters
• Assist with search marketing (pay-per-click,
organic)
• Assist with Web analytics (WebTrends, Google
Analytics)

Qualifications: |
The ideal candidate for this position is a college student pursuing a degree in marketing, journalism or communications, including the following qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication;
creativity a plus
• Savvy on the computer and with the internet
• Experience with Content Management System
preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with basic html and Dreamweaver
preferred, but not required
• Affinity for the Internet, Facebook, Twitter and
Gadgets
